Alignment is the highest vibration there is. This is because alignment is the ultimate harmony. Alignment doesn't pretend things are working or the sun is shining when it is not. It simply is. When people are aligned and authentic, we feel that congruence in our system. When we speak in alignment and authentically, there's a resonance that can be deeply felt. It takes courage to be authentic and aligned, for it requires embracing what is, and a welcoming of the truth. Choosing the authentic or aligned path isn't always the easiest option.

Misalignment is an experience we all know. That feeling when the record scratches... or those sandpaper moments when something deep within us says, "that isn't quite right." It is easy to ignore these moments or these bits of information from our inner senses in an effort to keep the peace. More often than not, our first instincts are always right and sometimes it is easier to admit it sooner rather than later.
