The world around you might feel like it’s moving too fast, but remember, there is hardly ever an outward hurry, only an inner one. You don’t need to move fast to get to your destination. Slowing down will allow you to prioritize what is truly important to you and make space for your intuition to be heard. Being still can feel rebellious in a world that celebrates busyness, but this is your time to rebel. Disconnect in order to reconnect. Close your eyes and observe your breath. Notice how deep or shallow your breath is in this moment — how fast or slow your inner world feels. This awareness will give you the chance to slow down consciously. Deepen your breath – six seconds inhaling through the nose and six seconds exhaling through the nose. Slowing down your breath will take you deeper within yourself, creating a stillness that allows you to listen to your intuition. Live rebelliously slow!
