Refuse to see yourself through the eyes of critical others, either from the past or in the present. Only see yourself through the eyes of the unconditionally loving universe, for it is the only accurate reflection of you.

Do not rely on others to define yourself image or decide your value. No one has the right to determine or diminish your inherent worth. Any attempt by others to make you feel bad about yourself is a projection of their own low self-worth and must be ignored. You are amazing, so believe it and step into your power.
