🌀Cleansing the Mind, Body and Soul🌀 ​

Moon bathing is both a way to cleanse and amplify energetic frequencies. The focus here is to consciously aid in the clearing of old energies, intentions and to bring in new ones in. Sometimes, we forget that life is constantly changing and that ebb and flow asks us to pivot our intentions daily to keep in alignment with our end goal or vision. It is okay to let go of old or outdated intentions that are no longer serving you and intentionally create a new space to allow transformation in your life. Create a loving and safe space to embrace and hold the future vision. ​

At this time, we have to ask ourselves, 'Is what I'm doing actually in alignment? Is it supporting me on my journey?' This includes spiritual practices and the way we commune with our spiritual selves. Just as we monitor our bodies ability to function, we also have to monitor the way in which we are aligned with spirit. This includes letting go of practices that no longer serve you and embracing new ones that are more in alignment with your goals.
